49ers are legit. Their early season form caused them to lose home field advantage in the playoffs. They'll be a handful for Seattle who seemed to have peaked too early.

I assume that MTV is Mountain View, right? I lived in Sunnyvale for 2 years back in the early 80's. I'd imagine that the area's changed a lot since then.

Yep, mountain view. Since the 80s? Yeah, I'd say a good bit has changed LOL.

I was in the Air Force and was stationed at Sunnyvale AFS from Sept 1980 - Nov 1982. Some friends and I went into the City to get into the madness when the Niners won their first SB. I figured that it would be a dress rehearsal for when the Saints finally won one. Little did I know that it would take almost 30 years.

This is a great place to live. I've been here almost 14 years and even since then, it has completely transformed. Expensive as heck though.

No lie but I did enjoy my time there. So, where's the new stadium being built?

Well isn't it like 76-16 points wise the last few games they have played in Seattle?

Just don't see what is going to change its a tough place to play..but hoping the 49ers can pull it out..

I used to live at rivermark (I think that is what it is called). Several Niners were in the same neighborhood. I miss it....but I don't miss the expenses associated with it!

It is directly adjacent to their practice facility in Santa Clara. We were there in December to take pictures and it was family day at the Practice Facility. I tried to convince them that we are Eric Reid's family but they didn't believe me in spite of the fact that the letters LSU are on my license plate.

I've always been a 49er fan, but they passed on drafting Aaron Rodgers, Marshawn Lynch, DeSean Jackson, Keenan Allen, etc. They've overlooked a lot of Cal guys that have become NFL starters. I want to see Beast Mode (and Brandon Mebane) in the Super Bowl, so eff the Niners in the NFCCG.
