I'm not sure everyone truly appreciates how big of a win this was.
1. Dome teams won 3 of 25 games in temps below 35 degrees per the attached LINK and none in the past 10 years
2. Road playoff teams are 16-195 when they lose the turnover battle (this was displayed during the game last night).
What are the odds of overcoming both, 1 in 100,000?

They said last night that, including this game, road teams with a -2 turnover differential were 6-133.
That's a 0.045 winning percentage.

A team has never won the Super Bowl after losing its last 3 regular season games.

These odds don't make a lot of sense sometimes. I saw a lot of games where the victor's chances dropped below like 5%. Including the New England game.

The Hell with all of this shite.
Have we, the Fanatics, made arrangements to have Rob Ryan and the Kicker fellated since the big win?
If not, why not??

Exactly, when the sheer number of games played total grows we will see an anomaly from time to time. But that being said they play tough and pretty much won the game in the 3rd. If Lewis didn't get hurt this game isn't close

how many of you are like me and think "it's about time then" when you hear them recite these kinda stats?
Keep the faith brethren. Remember how they ran the "no team has ever lost it's last 3 games..." in '09 into the ground? I'm expecting the narrative this week to be... "The won in Philly but the weather wasn't really bad..."

Well this needs its own thread

And that's why they play the games
