Why r these players going there?

Cuz when the qb gets done running for his life he throws somewheres.

So much to reply too. In short answer in one reply...

Next year QB will be true freshman Kyle Allen or true sophomore Kenny Hill. Both are very good prospects and will do fine. But obviously a step back from Johnny.

We have 3 WRs now in this class. 6 last year. That will make 13 total on our roster next year but Jamal Jeffrey will redshirt and maybe Iheanacho too. So about 11 eligible for 5 Wide Sets. Barely a 2 deep and all young.

Yes we are recruiting defense very well the last two years. Especially DL and DB. We still haven't gotten any true blue chips at LB but Darian Claiborne from Louisiana played very well as a true freshman before being suspended for the bowl.

And Kyle Allen is a real gym rat. While Kenny Hill is half well spoke.

Appreciate the info man. I was curious as to the QB situation and how all of these WR recruits have been choosing aTm despite JFF almost certainly going to the NFL

You guys have got some good ones coming your way.

If hoza Scott was able to get his shite together he would have been heading to CS. We also have nick Harvey, DSG, and possibly Davion hall to add to our secondary. And 2015 we already have daylon Mack and are the heavy favorite for Kendall Sheffield and lead for Malik Jefferson. Hell, Brandon Jacobs, 2016, will potentially shut it down when he visits

Well, LSU must have a 22nd century defense cause they sure shut them down.

I want to send a shot out to the alabama controlled sec for their efforts in bringing Texas am into the sec so they could totally frick up lsu's recruiting. LSU used to cherry pick the golden triangle and Nola now everybody's dick is in our cookie jar. Sec sec sec sec sec

Good point - I've never understood the love for other SEC teams. Anything that helps other SEC teams hurts LSU. Go Noles!

Myles Garrett is the 1st and only dude playing ball for A&M next year that could get PT on LSU's D........FACT

Based on 2013 data...

TAMU: 489 pass attempts (339 comp)
LSU: 326 pass attempts (205 comp)

WRs are getting 163 more attempts, so roughly 10 more catches a game. We run 4 WR sets. LSU runs 2 (maybe 3) with a full back and TE most of the time.

If I were a big bruising RB, I'd go to LSU. If I was a WR, I'd take my chances at A&M.

I dont think A&M in the SEC hurts LSU at all.

I think it hurts the Oklahoma schools.

Evan REAL STATS..............

LSU will have 2 WRs drafted

A&M will have 1 WR drafted

Not to mention I'll take Malachi, Quinn, and DJ thanks.......

I don't get the freakout over Frank or Noil going to A&M, LSU is getting theirs at WR TOO.

And how many receivers has A&M put into the NFL compared to LSU?

So they can get on the participation list when Sumlin puts 5 WRs on the field to spread the back 7 out so QB can run draw.

Where everyone seems to be missing the forest for the trees is that, over the past 2 seasons, Manziel accounted for nearly 10,000 yards of offense.

I don't care what kind of genius Sumlin might be or who they've got coming, A&M would need a miracle to get that kind of production out of any future QB.

I wouldn't argue against that if you said be a starter. It's a decent opinion based on results.

I personally like Deshazer Everett and he think he could start for LSU now. And think others could be in the 2 deep. Possibly Claiborne play over Welter who I wasn't a fan of his performance.

I said it yesterday and I'll say it again...he's going to be a bust. Dupre is a far better talent.

Who's freaking out? You can't have them all. Sure, it would have been nice to pull Iheanacho and Noil but they're going where they want to and that's fine. Best of luck to them in their careers. I'm loving how our class is coming together.
