Well when you lose your #1 WR and TE it is hard to replace them. Also, when your O-Line is so bad that you are on pace for the lowest YPC in NFL history, Flacco has to do everything.
The fact is, Cam did nothing to help Flacco's career and it is a fact that the Ravens went on to win the SB after they fired him

Les Miles wins because of sheer talent he puts on the field due to the fact that he is a great recruiter. How many bonehead decisions does Les routinely make during the course of a season? The fact that so many of your fans want Les fired despite his winning % is very telling.
If you took a poll of football fans around America asking if they would rather have Chip or Les as their HC, who do you think they'd pick?

They lost Birk, who is probably a HOF center. Yanda, their pro bowl guard, has been playing hurt all season. They lost their starting guard for the season in October. You say they upgraded at RT but they have Oher there as they did last year. Monroe is not much of an upgrade from McKinnie at LT. So there has been turnover on their OL as well as injuries

and just to add....Cam got fired for 2 reasons. Fan pressure because of the way he was using Ray Rice and because he went off on Harbaugh in front of the players. thats it. the Ravens didn't install some type of new amazing offense after he left. it was the same offense...they just ran Rice more.
