1. The Playoff Committee will NOT be more favorable to the "best" team versus conference champions. This is being done, in part, to get MORE non-SEC teams in the running. We will rue the day when we abandoned the BCS polling to determine seeds.

2. If the playoff system was in effect this year, Alabama (aka Mulligan University) would be getting a second chance to beat Auburn in one semifinal. Just want we all want...more Alabama.

At least drawing the line at div champs would do wonders.

Trim FBS to 6 X 16team conferences.
One in state tune up foe, one major OOC foe and two rotating cross div foe, then division needs to be a heat for playoff.
If you don't make it out of the div to CCG, there's always next year.
#1 and #2 bye, based on SOS enhanced BCS type grading for playoff.
No committee, no crying, and reg season has value.
