It's an issue every year, it's just more of an issue this year. Teams are tanking every year.

It's both in some instances. As a result of being bad and having no shot, they tank to get a better shot at a higher pick.

Such a fricking terrible idea. Large market teams would be able to dominate with their ability to bring in free agents. Small market teams would be fricked without the ability to build through the draft.

Consider how OKC and Miami were built, except what OKC did would be virtually impossible.

Which in most instances was their own fault. Im sure in Michael Jordan's head, he was putting together championship squads in Washington and now in Charlotte. We've seen the reality over and over though, he's made bad decisions at almost every turn.
There's a reason its the same group of teams year after year who are terrible. Its Its not bad luck

Call it tanking, or whatever, but I don't see how the league legislates Orlando scrounge together some garbage pieces to compete sooner, after Dwight forced them to blow their team up.
