I assume one day all restaurants will have some form of electronic order and pay at your table system. Eliminates the middle man. All waiters will need to do is refill drinks and run food.

Love them, and are the future.
Sucks for waiters though, smaller tips.

This should all but eliminate the need for waiters. Now they'll just need a handful of food runners instead of an entire staff of waiters.

Ate at chilis in Alex today and they already had em. You can order with them, and pay your bill without waiting on your server. Kinda nice. They also have games for kids to play for 99 cents.
Waitress said she already had a table walk out who said they were paying on the screen and they didn't. Sucks, but don't know if I believed her. Fwiw. . . these tablets don't make service any better at chilis.

Loved the tablets at chilis the other day!
Very easy 2use & could even divide up a check among a big group.
As for the games-great for the kids...& i highly recommend the field goal kicking game. Good shite

used it chilis on millervile thursday.... it was sweet and best .99 cents i ever spent for game apps
