New one looks terrible. Too many teams try way too harder to have mean/sleek looking logos. Obviously Charlotte is not about to use a Fleur-de-lis as a base but they should have just used the dribbling basketball one from earlier.

I hate "mean-looking" cartoon logos. It's silly.

I honestly don't understand why they would want to be the Hornets again. It's not that great of a mascot/team name.

Er… to them it sort of is… historically tied to the state and fans have some good memories of the team while they were the Hornets.

I think with the pelicans they now have one of the best logos in the league. Pretty sweet looking

I guess. I didn't think they had much history but I guess since '88. Over 20 years is time enough to attach to a team. Good for them. Too bad we can't get the jazz back.
