The only one of those teams that has been in a final four since the late 80's is Texas.
Oklahoma went in the late 80's.
Neither Oklahoma State or Baylor has been since the 50's.

Key word being "threat". As all of them when proper HC hires, can and have made deep and dangerous tourney runs.
OU, if not for Danny Manning wins a Tubs title in late 80s. Hollis Price and Co made strong early 00s runs. OSU with 1995 and 2004 Final Four berths, and a stout history. Baylor on the climb as a program. Texas always dangerous under Barnes, and looks to have a large and capable team again this year for the first time in a while.
