Do you guys think that this likely? I know his older cousin is Glenn Dorsey and he came back and won a championship his senior year. Do you think that could sway him into coming back next season?

Not really. From a professional standpoint, he stands to gain little to nothing by coming back. People are motivated by different things, though. Because of that, no one really knows until he actually makes his decision.

He gone. Would be stupid on so many levels for him to stay.

it would be surprising but of course I'd love to see him back

I wonder how close he is to his degree?

It was a different time then. GD MADE money by coming back bc he went from being a mid 1st pick to a top 7 pick.

Bc of the new CBA and the way signing bonuses are slotted there isn't as much to gain by coming and trying to improve your draft stock.

He comes from a good family where education is important.

It wouldn't surprise me to see him come back.

Projected 1st or 2nd round. That will do it. Even if he stays he probably doesn't gain anything there.

As much as I want them to come back, this is the real world.

It's unlikely but not impossible. He could stand to gain from being the true #1 receiver for a year.

This is the case when you assume everyone is 100% motivated by money. Most people are these days, but you never really know. Maybe he's motivated by the idea of coming back for his senior year and leaving an even bigger legacy than he already would have. Obviously it's a long shot, but you really never know.

He probably is gone but he plays a position where a prothro type injury is really kinda rare. I doubt he could be a top ten pick because of the height thing but holy crap the dude is going to be a quality receiver in the NFL
