- Plays in CFA bowl 3 times in 9 years
- Games in Dallas 3 times in 4 years
- Demands new and interesting location
- Gets NYD game on ABC in city LSU hasn't been to since the 80's....

....Bowl Sucks.

To be fair, Cotton is at prime time and not cluttered with other bowls on NYD and has a higher perceived prestige than the Outback.

Cotton/Outback are the same tier bowls.

I'm pretty sure it would. Iowa seems to be the hangup for most.

I think most are pumped about the bowl, not pumped about the opponent.

All shoud be fricking pumped to see Jennings for 4 quarters.

IF I could go to Tampa I would go.

I used to follow LSU to anywhere they'd play.

I cannot do this in my present life.

I don't understand the logic either. Having a bowl game extends the football season. I hate having to wait 8-9 months for more football.

People need to enjoy what they have and quit complaining.

I understand that, just saying many think prestige of Cotton>Outback because for some reason it is sometimes viewed as slightly below BCS bowl games

Yes even though Michigan's year was about equal to Iowa's. People are just reacting negatively to the name on the side of the helmet. Also doesn't help that Ferentz-led Iowa teams have a reputation for being crushingly boring.

That would have made Michigan fans happy. Snowing there and in the 20s.
