Stotts is a pretty good coach. He was stuck with the crappy Bucks of 2000s. He got them to the playoffs twice, with really just volume scorer Michael Redd and made TJ Ford and an few others into quality ball players.

Well.. with all due respect theducks, it is literally difficult to miss the playoffs in the Eastern conference these days, and Stotts managed to do so 3 times. His career record is 148-217, so why Portland hired him in the 1st place is beyond question in my opinion.
Stotts reminds me a lot of Mark Jackson though, being a young coach in the Pacific NW with tons of talent, its going to take a few years of success for me. Just to see how he handles adversity and whatnot.
