I bought the browning maxus and have enjoyed it in the limited shooting so far. No a bad price at 1400

I like the fact that an inertia gun blows everything the barrel.

Y'all make a great point with the inertia. I am going to look at that super vinci some more ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbow.gif)

Clean gas gun – not a beretta anyway – me and ONT Jr shoot a couple of thousand rounds thru 391’s (older version of a400s) and they are cleaned about 2x a yr. Most of the rounds are at gun clubs but 1+cases of duck loads, some rabbit loads, etc. I will pass a bore snake thru them once a month or so but as far as cleaning the action etc no more than 2x a yr. Had a rem 1187 that was a little more temperamental the o ring in it needed more tlc
I shot a vinci at a skeet range and I really liked it. Bacon find the one that fits you bestand that you like and giddy up

The good thing nowadays is that all of the premium gunmakers have shims included so that you can help make a gun fit you.

Inertia guns do kick harder than has though so just keep that in mind. There are pros and cons to everything

Kick has never really bothered me.
I love my super nova (and my Dad's SBE II) so that makes me think I will like the super vinci better. However, I loathe my stoeger m3000 which worries me a bit.
I shot an over under Beretta last month when we were out shooting and really liked it. I'll just have to figure it out.
Thanks for all your help![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)

I swear I do not understand this theory. Maybe when the gas system was first introduced it wasn't as reliable or something. I hunt and shoot my browning maxus almost every day of the season. I cleaned it once when I tripped getting fancy and stuck it in the mud so deep that I had to get the mud out of my magazine tube. Other than that no problems at all. Maybe I got a good one?

They're both great guns and Beretta owns Benelli. Stoeger to for that matter.
