Dallas Cowboys OC, they fire Jason Garrett next year mid season. He takes over and somehow is named interim head coach. Does reasonably well and promoted to HC the next year.

he's a garbage OC. he has 3 plays in his playbook, WR screen left, WR screen right, HB draw. He never went vertical despite having Lee and woods the last few years. Couldn't develop qb's. SC's offense improved drastically since he was fired. He made his name by coaching a team with multiple heisman winners, that you or me could draw up plays for.
