You sure spend a lot of time and thought arguing with people you believe have the minds of children.

wow, svp=high iq.
cognitive thinking is not for a negatigah.
a negatigah uses fear to build himself up.
and negatigahs usually don't understand what the difference is between rational thought and their own self-worth.

p.s. i'm not making fun of you if you don't understand this type of thinking, I have compassion for you.

Is there really any point to these threads at all? I mean, is this all you people want to do: go back and forth, ad nauseum, for eternity?

And what will people be saying when we roll piggies, win our bowl game, and have another 10 win season AGAIN?

I dont disagree with last part... however playing second fiddle to alabama and losing to OM aint gonna cut it, so its a fine line to tow.
If you justify losing bc of the attitude "hey, it could be worse" you're prob a loser yourself and your wife cheats on you.
A big year in recruiting and three wins in a row to finish up 2013 is what Les needs.

My expectations for the program are to win the west or make a BCS type bowl every three years at worse. Considering our resources and what we pay Miles I don't think these are unrealistic expectations especially considering there will be 6 BCS type bowls starting next year. If Miles fails to accomplish either of these things next year (which would be three years in a row) I would say he isn't doing a good job and that has nothing to do with Saban.

Your rant is foolish in the exteme. And it tells me a lot about how much you know about restricted neighborhoods and where you live.

The SEC is one of the most restricted neighborhoods in the country. The trailer you described would never have been allowed in it. SWAC maybe but not SWC. Say what you want about Ole Miss, they are still SEC. A more appropriate example would be that the owner of the Ole Miss mansion had just cut his grass, weeded his beds, ec. While on the other hand the LSU mansion's lanmower was in the shop and they didn't get it out before inspection day.

mie2cents you're right. You can tell a Miles hater when they make ridiculous comments like motion penalties are Miles' fault. Is pass interference Miles' fault?

Of course it is

Does Miles get the credit when ODB Jr makes a great move, evades a defender and makes a big first down?

Of course he doesn't.

Miles gets 0 credit for LSU completely dominating TAMU or for the defense dominating TAMU offense and JFF. But, had we lost to TAMU 34-10, Miles would have gotten 100% of the blame. it's how Miles haters operate. Total blame for loss, no credit for win.

The people that whine about Les and call for a job change are the same idiots that day trade with their retirement portfolio....

however playing second fiddle to alabama

EVERYONE is second fiddle to alabama. I know LSU fans don't like to hear the truth, but bama has been a better program than LSU for AT LEAST 90 years and they are the best program in college football for at least the last 55. Don't believe me, how many NC's do they have over that span, who is next closest. This idiocy that "we shouldn't be playing second fiddle to Alabama" shows how ignorant you are of college football. Should we aspire to be better than Alabama, yes, has anyone done that, no. So find a better reason to bitch about Miles than showing what a dumbass you really are.

What do you propose be done about that?
What do you suggest would guarantee that it never happen again. Ever?

bullshite.

Both the pro's and con's of 'upgrading the house' of Les have been debated and explained on here by people both negative and positive about Miles.

But that doesn't fit your agenda, because the more you can put down other people's opinions and try to confine them to a box, the better your position looks. It's an infantile way of arguing a point, talk about the mind of children!

People have stated repeatedly that you could be taking a chance on someone new and not get the patented '10 win season with a blah bowl game' with Miles and risk it with someone new. You could also get someone with a lot of fire and energy or a new approach at using LSU's talent more wisely and get to that 11th or 12th win. You could also get someone who falls flat on their face.

LSU took the same chance with Miles in 2005, it's not like it's never been done. We took a HUGE chance on a relative unknown who basically had no positive vibe in coaching circles, the guy was basically a complete shot in the dark. Anything could have happened including a meltdown of epic proportions.

Fortunately Miles had tons of talent to work with and he has been moderately successful. The question is could someone else duplicate that same success or improve on it, knowing LSU's in state talent recruiting base, reputation, and the players that are already there. I think most logical people would conclude that answer is yes, especially if that person has demonstrated success with an innovative approach at another big school.

More bullshite. He was given multiple credits multiple times in both the in game threads we were creating as well as the post game threads.

Has there been a more successful coach at LSU?

The answer, if some retards cant bring themselves to admit it, is NO!

That makes Les is the best!
