There is no question this is going to trial. Meggs charged Travis Johnson after he passed 3 polygraph tests and 2 medical examiners told investigators there was no possibility that the victim's story lined up. He was found not guilty by an all woman jury.

I'm gonna be severely disappointed in Jameis if this turns out to be true. The 1st grade students in the classroom I intern with practically love this guy. Plus you know I was kinda expecting a Nat'l title chance before leaving campus after the spring semester.

Why has he not been arrested already?
Not saying that he is guilty, but since a female claimed rape & his semen was found in her underwear.....isn't that automatic grounds for an arrest?
Also......
Winston still has not been interviewed by police, correct? So he never denied sleeping with this woman, correct? If he hasn't even been questioned yet, how do they have his DNA on file to make a match?
I'm sure all of this has been covered already, so can someone please fill me in? Thanks
