Menthol or Peppermint Beer

does it exist and if so, how shitty is it?
went to a tour of the laganitas brewery yestreday...sampled like 30 different ales.....all varying forms what I call bark flavored beers
I'm a pilsner drinker, american domestic, and have never been fond of the earthy ales that all the microbrews push out.
Is there a minty, mouthwash style beer that would kill the after taste?

Damn. You must be really bored today if you're coming over to the FDB to troll beer nerds. No one biting on any of your OT troll threads?

Then craft beer is not for you. Craft beer is about taste and quality. If you just want to drink a shite load of cheap shite to get drunk, then busch lite is your friend.

Lagunitas Cappuccino stout. It is a very good and tasty beer. You simply do not have your taste buds conditioned to drink anything else but bud.
Craft beer is one of the fastest growing industries for the past 6 years or more. Think about that before you say it's disgusting. It may not suite your personal taste, because you have not acquired the taste for craft beer. That's all.
Don't generalize unless you want to look silly.

Because it's delicious.

with all due respect, the shits for fad people...how many brewerys have come and gone...why? Because just like some pretentious arse bistro, when it's not "new" anymore, people stop going.....because it has nothing to do with the taste or quality.....it has to do with the..."HAVE YOU TRIED THE CAPPUCINO STOUT.....OMG...YUMMMM!!!!"
there's no long term loyalty or desire to find a loyalty....they know their promiscuous customers, and keep shoveling shite arse "new flavors" with gimmicky names(marketing) to satiate their flawed sense of accomplishment.

guide told the story of India Pale ale
not from india
brits were sent to india, and they tried shipping beer there but it always spoiled on the way to india
so they changed the formula hopping the frick out of it so that it would survive the journey.
guide didn't like that I said..."so it wasn't the beer they wanted, it was all that they could get...makes sense"
