FWIW, I had a birch beer on this brewery tour a few weeks ago that was fantastic. Tasted just like wintergreen, which I happen to be a huge fan of.

Definitely polarizing.

Also, this guy is an infamously bad troll. Totally not worth it.

laganitas had like 4 Hemp flavored brews

Probably not made with hemp, just a by product of the hops. FWIW, i wouldn't drink a beer touting "hemp" as an ingredient. However, i've had quite a few lagunitas brews, and they are one of my favs. Their IPA is incredible, so is their cappucino stout, and little sumpin sumpin. Hop Stoopid is also great.

Aren't pull tabs illegal?

In some areas, yes. I've been told they were big back in 60s or 70s. I wasn't alive then, so I can't confirm. Anyways, they apparently ended up littered everywhere and were prone to cutting people.

That's not a hemp beer. It's a slightly hoppy pale ale.

You just don't have the taste for hops yet. there are a multitude of hop varieties, each have different tastes, aromas, etc...

It takes a few tries to get into it. Some don't, others do.

A truly unique style featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body. A filtered pale wheat ale that is great for both IPA and wheat beer fans.

If you can brew a good American lager with peppermint, then I will bow down to your brewing skills. You have my word.

Rumple Mints. That's that shitty mint flavored alcohol.

I have nightmares over drinking that shite in college.

it's the problem with you brew-heads....you don't understand subtlety.....hint of mint, not "Big Dog Daddy MINT!!!!"...like you people expect...like after every sip I should yell "snap into a slim jim"

LINK

It was by those guys. The birch beer was tasty, most of the beer was too lightly carbonated. Tasted flat.
