he didn't give the score

he just that NZ score on an almost identical play.

So is BT sports affiliated with ESPN? I appreciate they're showing the game, but why not ALL international matches?

I'm not sure of any affiliation. But disappointed that espn isn't showing the Puma's Springboks match that they were advertising early this week.

Would be awesome if they got the rights to some of tRWC matches.

Just checked wiki looks like Universal/NBC has the US broadcast rights. But they will be streaming.

Looks like its a ppv stream though.

Just got done with the Ireland match..

SOB should have been MOTM with his defense.

Happy with Kilcoyne, but if Healy is back, he will probably be unlucky

Zebo had great flashes today.

Toner, Touhy, and D'Arcy

And if not for the brilliant catch, Fitz should be gone also

Its was a good weekend of games.

New Zealand got their revenge and sent the message out that they are still the favorites to win tRWC.

South Africa got their revenge and put to end a four game losing streak, one defense they looked outstanding. Puma's showed that they can turn out the crowds in Buenos Aires.

England got the expected win at home but really struggled to put France way in the last twenty minutes or so. Considering it was a preseason warmup match I'm ok with the result, Picamoles seems like he's back to form. Now let's see if England can do it again this weekend at the Stade De France.

Ireland didn't blow Scotland away but I still came away impressed with the win considering Scotland was very much up for it and Ireland held them off.

The question to me of this RWC is what France team will show up.

That has huge impacts on the QF games. As an Irish fan, I want Argentina in Cardiff vs NZ.

And you know, NZ in Cardiff will have some spooky mojo for France

I don't think this French team has the talent to make it to the quarter finals, honestly.

In a lot of ways the success of the Top 14 and all the foreign import players has hindered the development of the French domestic players.

Do you honestly see France losing to Italy, Canada or Romania? If the Italy game was the 2nd or 3rd game, maybe, but they will be charged up to get off to a great start

No, but I thought you had to win one more game after the pool stage to make it to the quarters? Either way I in now way see them making it all the way to the finals this world cup.

I could be wrong I just don't think France has the backs this year to compete for a world cup.

nope, 4 pools of 5 teams, top 2 from each make the quarters (final 8)

It'd be a real shocker for France not to finish in top 2 in Pool D. Pool A is brutal.

Pool A
Australia
England
Wales
Fiji
Uruguay

Pool B
South Africa
Samoa
Scotland
Japan
United States

Pool C
New Zealand
Argentina
Tonga
Georgia
Namibia

Pool D
France
Ireland
Italy
Canada
Romania

Four teams that are ranked in the Top 10. Yeah, somebody is getting left out.

For some local news:

The club I play for, Griffins Rugby, recently signed former Welsh and B&I Lions player Darren Morris to be DoR and Head Coach!
