Matrix soft plastic info needed

a fisherman friend of mine suggested using these can anybody provide any other info on these baits or make suggestions for any good saltwater baits

not gonna lie, we used matrix shad yesterday and it outperformed Gulp and H&H lures we were using

Matrix work well and they are cheap. Cant go wrong, use generic jig heads.

I'm a believer in them since last year. Used two of them all day Sunday and out fished others 3-1 and they were using live shrimp
Try those fairly new vudu shrimp as well. They seem to work really well for the limited amount of time I used them.

I like the Vudu Shrimp a lot, however they have somewhat weak hooks. I had a big fish (never saw it) all but straighten one out. If you're hunting specks, Vudu will be fine.

I use matrix a lot. My go to color is typically the purple "midnight mullet".

I used to think the same. The Goldeneye jigheads with the black hooks are the best I've ever used. Very strong hooks and the head holds the bait better . Other jigheads I used to use the fish kept "pulling my pants down".

Awesome.
I will say the Voodoo shrimp caught fish when other baits wouldn't this weekend.
They were undersized fish reacting to to cork but whatever.
