Man, I have mixed emotions on this story. On the one hand, I don't believe it would be 10% as much of a story if Incognito was (really) black and Martin was white. I think the racial component of this situation is fueling 90% of this story and making it national news.
At the same time, regarding Incognito, I wouldn't want that 300 point maniac living next door to me. Some of you 170 pound internet tough guys, who are acting like Incognito is your newest hero, wouldn't want him anywhere near you, either.
Finally, the fact that a nutjob like this can be so well-respected among his peers speaks volumes about the mindset and character of a large percentage of NFL players. It just reinforces what I already thought; it's fine to root for them on Sundays, but a person would have to be pretty stupid to look up to the majority of these guys as either heroes or role models.

That is the hate crime statute. I'm not aware of a civil component in Florida, only criminal. But i'm not sure who referenced it and in what context dude was citing it.

If Richie Incognito keeps it up, he is in serious danger of becoming my all time favorite athlete.

If it hasn't already been announced, Richie Incognito is apparently now in The Tyson Zone.
No matter what story comes out involving him, it has a great chance of automatically binge believed because he has done so much outlandish shite which has been proven.

I wouldn't want him in the same state as me.
A 300-pound drunken maniac is like a crate of dynamite sweating nitroglycerine. You never know when the wrong move will end up causing an explosion.

How re the cops called by this lady (while Incognito is still there), she makes all these claims, and he is not arrested on the spot??
Wonder what happened...

Not shocking
When some men or women are put in a power scenarios, they abuse it. Some humans just can't handle power or being put on a pedestal. Gives them a god like complex.
Many football players are like this
Fans aren't completely innocent, some enable this

Meh. The only reason she called the cops is because incognito wouldn't apologize. She was setting up her future pay day by documenting his arse holery with the cops.

A member of Dolphins management stepped in.
I asked earlier. With Dolphin management knowing all it knew, how does Incognito become a member of the Leadership Council?
Pretty damning evidence IMO.

It's a team vote, I think.
When the team votes for a guy and they are overruled, it causes problems. Look at Schiano and Tampa Bay for example, as there are accusations that Schiano cooked the results for the captain vote to prevent Josh Freeman from being declared a captain.

Oh relax, I was only joking....besides, you set yourself up for that one
I still want to know how incognito wasn't arrested on the spot and who intervened and how. Anytime a female makes claims like that, police arrest the guy automatically

Incognito was not present when she talked to police.
Nate Moore of the Dolphin organization went to her aid after seeing incognito assault her. He assured her things would be taken cafe of. They were not. She then went to police.
More damning evidence imo
