I dont think they take reservations during happy hour. But you will be able to get in.
I think the 24/7 refers to you being able to make a reservation at any time. Not them being able to give you a reservation for any time of the day or night.

maybe they stopped? I've made reservations there before after 5. I think happy hour ends at 7? or 6?
