Tackled near the goal line three times.

He ended up scoring on the next play on one of them, but imagine that stat line

14/329/3

He was tackled twice at the one and twice at the three on four separate drives. He ended up scoring only one of those four times.

Ah, the typo.

Regardless, even if it had been typed correctly, he wouldn't have gotten it.

We should petition to make the field 99 yards. He would be so much better.

I actually love Jimmy. He's fantastic, could end up being one of the GOATs at his position, but the Calvin comparison is still silly. He had a slow start to the season again (just like last year) and people were forgetting how great he is

Not sure if I have seen one better. His ability to take defenders down field with his speed is amazing. Plus he LOVES contact after the catch. Jimmy Is a BEAST. But overall at this time Calvin is just amazing. AND I think if Fitz had a have way deceent qb HE would be unreal. Sad..........

You are absolutely correct. He is infinitely better. And he's better than Brees too!

Jerry Rice had one game in '90 with 225 yards and 5 TD catches against an Atlanta secondary featuring Deion Sanders. Another game in '95 with 289 yards and 3 TDs.

Calvin Johnson the GOAT? No.

Has all the skills and talent level to be the GOAT, but he is not it. Not now, anyway.

I thought Dez Bryant was the GOAT. I'm so confused.

Rice also had almost 23,000 yards receiving in his career.

Number two is T. Owens with about 16,000 yards.

Calvin Johnson has a long way to go before he is in that conversation.

Maybe if Dez Bryant was more of a professional like CJ, he might have a shot to be GOAT.

Calvin Johnson might very well end up showing what Randy Moss COULD have been. However, will he hold up long-term like Rice? That remains to be seen. Jerry Rice was turning in 1,100 yd+ seasons at 39 & 49 years old.

Jerry Rice had the greatest career by any receiver, but Calvin Johnson is the most talented receiver of all time. No real discussion needed.

You're right.

Jerry Rice is the greatest WR of all time.

Your opinion doesn't count when looking at numbers.
