How so. If we beat Bama and they win the rest of their games, they will go to Sugar. I don't see LSU getting enough love from the BCS to give them a shot. SOOOO many other teams have to lose multiple games for LSU to make the BCS.
If we finish out the year beating Bama (probably their only loss) and Jonathan Football, there's no way we aren't the other SEC team in a BCS game.

Ahead of who??? A one loss Clemson is more attractive than A two loss LSU team. Like I have said LSU needs ALOT of help to make a BCS game.

Gonna be hard for us to be in the top 10 by the time we play Alabama.
Oklahoma State plays TTU and Miami plays FSU, those two loses and an upset would get us close or in.

I mean, when your highest attainable goal at this point is hoping for the SEC champ game..just hope they fricking win out first and foremost.
Just let the SEC office know that with all the imbalanced scheduling we've endured that we still have the power to blow the whole thing up!!!
When you really think about it winning the SEC is being the best in the SEC. Beating Alabama in two weeks is what really needs to matter.

Will a four loss team make the top 25 at the end of the year?

We win out, Bama will have one loss and go to the SEC CG. Probably win.
Provided FSU/Oregon remain undefeated, that's your BCS CG.
If that happens, (again, provided Bama wins the SEC CG) Bama would go to the Sugar. The next best team in the conference, being us, would get (more than likely) an invite to the Orange or Fiesta Bowl.
2 teams are allowed per conference for BCS bowls. Clemson has nothing to do with it.
We go to the Orange Bowl, we'd face the loser of the ACC CG, and if things remain as they currently are in the ACC, that game, I'm assuming would be FSU vs. VT. FSU would win and go to the BCS CG, like I mentioned.
I can't see us going to the Rose, I think tOSU has that locked down. Even if they remain undefeated.

The Orange Bowl is very, very likely. However, not against the loser of the ACC championship game.
We might face Clemson if they win out.
Virginia Tech just lost to Duke. They aren't going to any BCS bowl. Miami will probably be a two-loss team come season's end, with both their losses to Florida State. Even though the Orange Bowl has struggled with attendance lately, I doubt they'd take Miami.
Oregon and Florida State going to the national championship game means that the Rose Bowl and Orange Bowl get the first two choices for at-large teams, because they both lost auto-qualifiers to the national championship game. Since Oregon would be #1, the Rose Bowl would get to pick first. Whoever they pick would almost for sure play Ohio State (unless they are upset in the Big Ten championship game).
So, if Stanford or UCLA finish the year with two losses, the Pac 12 would likely pick one of them (assuming both are in the top 14 of the BCS Standings) to keep the Big Ten/Pac 12 tradition in tact. However, they know LSU fans would travel out to California for the Rose Bowl, so if no strong candidate emerges from the Pac 12 (very possible), then LSU is probably the first non Pac 12 team they'd consider.
Still, Rose Bowl would likely be Stanford vs. Ohio State.
Next, the Orange Bowl would get the pick to replace Florida State. If Clemson wins out, it's almost for sure them.
However, the at-large selection order for the January 2014 games is Orange, Sugar, Fiesta. So, the Orange would essentially get to pick whatever game they wanted. In this scenario, there's almost no way LSU wouldn't be one of the two picks. If Clemson were to win out, an LSU/Clemson rematch is very possible. LSU/Oklahoma or LSU/Baylor is possible too, depending on who doesn't win the Big 12 out of the too. LSU/Louisville is an outside shot considering how well Louisville has proven to travel. Also LSU/Central Florida assuming UCF wins the AAC and the Orange Bowl tries to capitalize on their proximity to Miami.... (If Stanford beats Oregon and wins the Pac 12, Oregon would instantly become the most attractive at-large team. However, I'm not sure the Orange Bowl committee would be convinced that Duck fans would make the trip from Eugene all the way down to Miami.)
After that, the Sugar Bowl would be Alabama vs. an at-large, and the Fiesta would be the Big 12 winner vs. some terrible auto-qualifier.
My prediction assuming LSU wins out? I think the Big 12 teams will all eat each other and finish with 2-3 losses (besides Baylor who wins the conference). Wisconsin wins out and finishes 10-2, while the loser of the Big Ten Championship game (either Michigan State or Nebraska) ends up with 3 losses and heads to the Capital One or Outback Bowl. Central Florida gets the AAC auto-bid. And it's very likely that either Fresno State or Northern Illinois go undefeated and frick up everything and steal a BCS bid. However, I think Fresno State chokes (they aren't that good), and Ball State trips up Northern Illinois.
National Championship: #1 Oregon vs. #2 Florida State
Rose Bowl: Stanford vs. Ohio State
Orange Bowl: LSU vs. Wisconsin
Sugar Bowl: Alabama vs. Clemson
Fiesta Bowl: Baylor vs. Central Florida
Would be pretty solid. Clemson and Wisconsin could easily be switched.
Hope this helped.
