Can we possibly move on now from the ridiculous "fire people" nonsense?

Thanks

the 4 million bucks a year that Miles is paid makes it his fault. He is the head coach and takes the credit right along with the criticism. That is the reality of the situation. Miles took the blame because that is what a head coach is supposed to do. I don't care for Miles but I respect him for falling on the sword so to speak.

Les is a players coach.....Gotta admit that....but the play nice mentality he has when he has a lead, has bitten the team in the azz on more than a few occassions. LSU is the only team I know of who has a stud at running back and will take him out for stretches at a time (clemson/ole miss) for other guys to get carries and feel good about themselves.

Are you posting from "Fantasy Land" ? If we go in to Tuscaloosa and win 31-7 some people here will still want Miles and others canned.

This is so different from what players who's playing time and endorsement to the NFL depends on their coach usually says. Most would say "Glad he took blame cause it was 100% his fault. He admitted he did not have us ready and I agree 100%. He has to get better. We deserve better". That's the usual player response isn't it??

Mile's is not a good enough coach to head up and team like LSU, nor would he be good for Bama, Florida, Texas ect...

Reason being is he's a good coach but he makes too many errors to be a top 10 program coach, he belongs to a Okie St, UCLA, Michigan St., were his biggest accomplishment most years is just to be the other team in the state.

LSU has put more talent into the NFL than any other team in the country and the only thing that has kept us from winning more championships is Miles will take a mulligan on a couple games a year. That's the difference between us and Bama. We're always told we're the only team talented enough to challenge them, but we're not coached well enough to pull it off.

Odell Beckham needs to get smart and come back for his senior yr ... he's extremely talented and gifted but he's NOT yet ready for NFL-style pounding.

Everyone I really feels wants Les miles to succeed so so badly. He's goofy and awesome at the same time. I want him to succeed more than you know. Then shite like this happens and I don't know what to think anymore

At some point, it's the individual player that has to mentally prepare himself for an upcoming game.

I blame this loss on Les the same way I blame a manager at McDonalds when my order is wrong.

Well then that does it. His comments prove miles is an elite gameday coach who is always prepared even in defeat. He puts out great performances whether winning or losing on a regular basis. Before long he will be winning a title of some sort every 3 years and will challenge every other year. Lmao

Using the logic of this thread:

If loses can be on the players and not the coach...

Can the wins be on the players and not the coach as well?
