Serious question...(Les Miles analogy)

The Baltimore Ravens just gave up a long drive to the lowly 1-4 Pittsburgh Steelers after getting the game tied up with about 2 minutes to go, allowing the Steelers to kick a field goal to win.
Should John Harbaugh be fired? He is in his sixth year there, and only has one Super Bowl title. He has lost the big game more than he has won it. He can't seem to beat the Ravens' arch-nemesis, the Steelers. And to boot they couldn't seem to score today on a defense that hasn't exactly been stellar.
Seriously, should they fire him? Because that was what I was reading on the Score Board last night. Fire Les Miles.

one game doesn't matter in the NFL

Your title sucks. "Serious question "doesnt explain any of the content in your post.
Fix it now.

it's the nfl man, totally different game, how come you people don't get this?

There is more parity in the NFL. There isn't much of a talent gap between the Steelers and the Ravens.
There is, however, a large talent gap between LSU and Ole Miss, which is enlarged even further when you consider the fact that their defense was mostly composed of 3rd stringers and walk-ons.

A game like that does not make or break a season for nfl teams. They play 16 games. In college, every game could make or break your season

This, you can lose half your games and still make the playoffs and win a Superbowl.

I love when people compare losing games in the NFL to losing games in college.

We are still winners not losers you losers.

Don't forget to mention the lowly two-time Super Bowl champion QB Ben Roethlisberger who led that winning drive.
Great analogy.

NFL doesn't recruit. Serious answer
The players get to decide where they want to go.
Coach looking dumbfounded on TV doesn't help.

Serious question... Next are you going to ask why it's acceptable for the baseball team to lose 11 games last year and not have CPM get fired?

quote:Has Harbaugh ever watched his qb spike the ball with 1 sec on clock? For the record, you came up with a very stupid analogy.
Should John Harbaugh be fired?

I can't decide who's more retarded, you, or the people seriously responding to you

Since you asked so nicely, I'll fix the title.
And while I acknowledge the difference between the NFL and CFB, my analogy is specifically between the two coaches, and their teams' (relative) lack of success winning the title.

You're talking about the NFL Baltimore ravens right? The ones who are the defending Super Bowl champions?

For one, in the NFL 12 of 32 teams make the playoff.
Two, outside of Jacksonville, there is enough parity in the NFL where anyone can beat anyone
NFL:CFB Apples:Oranges.
Why so many can't understand this?
