Receivers automatically to the one have flag toss motion now on any play and dbs automatically do the two palms up motion

This. They mimic throwing a flag before they've even hit the ground. Hell, I've seen some do it before the BALL even hit the ground. QB's who do this after any hit on them annoy me also.
Only thing worse than that, is refs who make no call, a receiver complains, then a flag is thrown 5-8 seconds afterwards.
