Have an oppurtunity to get a good deal on a pop up. The new lease has no power or water. Any reasons why I shouldnt go with a pop up? Just making sure Im not missing something.

Perfect for deer camp IMHO.

Definitely a good investment. As long as the roof looks good, I would jump on it. Spent many summers in a pop up and they are great for deer camps also.

I'll just be the dick and say I can't imagine a scenario where sleeping in a pop-up with no amenities is preferable to sleeping anywhere else.

I just purchased a mennonite portable shed for $4800 delivered and set up. 24 x14. 35 year guarantee on the roof and siding. If you ever need to move it out of there you can. Prolly have another $1000 at best to finish it out.(Bathroom, wired and plumbed). I got the utility style and took him windows and doors i already had. Ive already torn down an old 1830's house and will finish it out with that lumber. Hardwood floors and and hand hewn mantles(old floor joists) will give it a hunting camp feel. LINK
This is where I purchased it but there are many other places and I'm sure you can find one that's local to you.
