Decent cheap knife to keep on the boat?

What's a decent knife I can keep on my boat to use to cut up bait, etc.? Preferably less than $20.

find some cheap fillet knifes and one of those hand sharpers you just rip down the blade.

Either go with a dexter russell or try an opinel. The opinel is a foldable that will probably never bind up.

The Rapala white handle bait knives aren't too bad. They are less than $20, but keep a sharpener handy.

the rapala filet knives you can get anywhere is what we have.. can't be more than $20

I use the composite handle Rapala that is probably still less than $10. The Dexter Russel's are a better blade but will tend to rust more easily than the Rapala. Different stainless-sharpen easier=rust easier.
