For chicken, I like a lemon juice/pepper, but I usually wing it (pun intended) with spices I have on hand.
I am very picky when it comes to fish, so I will usually just do some tilapia fillets in Italian dressing w/ crushed red pepper and other spices, and top w/ a little parmesan when I plate.
