This is true. The Zero is working overtime to change the rules regarding trusts. You'll be subject to all the rules that individuals have to go through regarding Title II firearms.

Holy cow, people set up trusts to own guns?! That seems to be completely over the top.
Don't rule out enterprising lawyers selling you something that you don't need. Trusts are pretty big in Estate planning these days, and rarely necessary or useful by the time the codgers actually set them up, IMHO. However, lawyers are on the radio and giving free seminars to drum up business.
