3. Bama
4. FSU
5. OSU/UGA/LSU

I have Clemson at 2 so don't feel bad putting UGA at around 5 or 6 since they lost on the road. If you asked for a 5, I have OSU there since they are undefeated and have looked as good as most teams. LSU is right there too, but their win over TCU isn't as impressive as I originally thought it was. Will know more in a couple weeks about most of these teams

Thought about putting UGA @ 5.

I just don't think LSUs defense is that good. Until proven otherwise.....

Why is UCLA missing from this? And what made you put Oregon all the way down to 7 and Louisville at 4?

2. Baylor

That's the only teams I have seen this year. May they both make it to the NCG.

1. Alabama - I think they've looked good...great teams find ways to win.
2. Clemson - Still riding off that week 1 win.
3. Oregon - Offense is scary, but they've completely overmatched every opponent thus far.
4. LSU - Need a better sample size...the TCU win looking kind of meh now.
5. Florida St - Winston is impressive, needs tested though.

Lots of flaws in a lot of teams...took me a while to figure out 4 and 5 and even then its real fluid.

Louisville needs to flat out dominate every week to be taken seriously. Ohio St needs the defense to get a lot better - offense looks good. Stanford was my dark horse this year but they just don't look sharp. UCLA is interesting...not sure if they're top 10 but will be a tough tough opponent in the PAC.

I have UCLA at #15.

1-8 is interchangeable. So from from what ive seen this is what i would rank them. Oregon has not done anything this year yet. They lost the lifeblood of their program to the iggles.

LSU is definitely top 10 right now, but certainly don't have any business being ranked in the top 5.

They beat an absolutely pathetic TCU team by only 10 points and then beat up on a couple of high school caliber teams. We will know more about them this weekend when they play their first legit opponent of the year.

Again - as a fan I want to put them in the top 5, but they haven't proved anything yet. The next two games will tell us more.
