Just walk to a tailgate with a grill and lots of serving containers, introduce yourself to the person in charge and tell them your request. We're friendly people down here.

Just walk up to a tailgate and mention that you are not from here and this is your first tailgate/game, you will be offered more food and beverages than you could consume also check out Mike's habitat and the march down victory hill.

Parents never took me to a game, and I've had a commitment on Saturdays through high school and college. I'll mention that I've never been before though. No shame!
