Yeah. Sales people are a constant headache. I have personally gone back into it and am overseeing it again. For some reason, they think any business they bring you.. they are entitled to more then they are actually getting (salary+commission).

This individual, I have made sure that I am involved with the contacts that are very important and could be detrimental to my business (Exxon, mapp, legislature etc). I am prominent with all the foundations, companies and organizations, and have to stay that way for that very reason. Basically, I never get a break and that's just part of owning/running a business.

And plus, I ain't stupid. I have a file hidden nice and cozy in my safe with some not so scrupulous behavior on it. Not that I would ever do that.

Had a talk with him today and put his feet to the fire and get his head out his arse or leave. The contacts and intellectual property are mine. He can go frick himself. Or as you say, shown the door.

He's back in line. For now.

frick business can be unworldly stressful. But very rewarding and satisfying.

It's like and then like

Well it sounds like you handled your situation tactfully.

BTW, he's gone for sure now.....
