If you have a local computer repair shop near by, call them. In the world of PC techs, SATA cables are like pencils and pens. They'll have them in drawers, shelves, boxes, on the counter, etc. They'll likely sell you one for cheap if you ask for a spare.

In fact, I ran into this problem a few years ago where I was out of SATA cables. I stopped by the computer shop near my house, and they just gave me a fistful of them for nothing.

When I was in Micro Center last weekend, I was going to buy a bunch of sata cables with right angle ends. They didn't have a single fricking one. I was a disappoint.

Amazon, not best buy. When I built my pc I was short a sata cable and didn't want to wait so I payed $20 for one at best buy. Amazon had them for under $5.

Correct answer. I stopped by one for an extra on a build I did for my uncle and the PC shop gave me like 5 of them for free.

If you aren't able to get any for free from a local computer shop, as others suggested, I would go to Monoprice. SATA cables are about 0.55 - $1 there, depending on length

In fact, if you need pretty much any type of cable, I would always go to Monoprice first.

I have a shtt ton of SATA cables with right angles. Mostly all my boards are MSI and most MSI boards come with right angle cables.
