Steven Rivers future?

I wonder about 6'7 Sophomore Steven Rivers, and his future with the Tigers. Jennings will likely nail down the starting position next season, at least that seems to be general consensus. Or is it more likely that Les & Cam go with the 2 QB option? Or does Rivers transfer?
I know it's early, and a lot can happen between now and next season, just wondering what your thoughts are.

Hope he has the chest to stick around for quality depth.

Thanks for identifying him with his class and height, along with his name....so as to avoid confusion!
Rivers stays...and competes next year to be starter/backup.

Hopefully he will transfer and get some solid PT.

Yw, sarcasm suits you, makes you seem cool. I had forgotten how tall he is, I'm thinking possibly the tallest QB ever on our roster

he will get a fine degree from a great university.

he is two bad plays away from being LSU's starter

Rivers checks the Rant, so he already knows he will be loved by the fans b/c he will be the backup QB

This has come up before and I've said the same thing.
I believe he stays, because he had to know he has a back-up from day one. His offer list says that much, and if playing time was his primary consideration he would have gone to a smaller school.
That's my opinion, most QBs in his situation transfer and it wouldn't shock me.

Here's some truth.
Myself nor any other mouth breather here has seen anything from any qb not named ZMett to say who'll start, who'll kick arse, who'll suck in football action that actually matters... So lets see how it unfolds before we kick a player to the curb.
Fair enough?

Here's some more truth: Anthony Jennings is the clear cut #2 on the QB depth chart right now. He is also younger than Rivers. The OP asked a fair question and was not trying to slight Rivers. Chill out.

Lee, this is the Rant. there was a thread on here asking if Rivers would xfer after Gunner Kiel committed.
