A Dove Hunting Tips Thread -- Add what helps you

After an opening weekend of Hunting figure we could start a topic about lessons learned / things that work things that didn't, shot sizes, gun saftey you name it.


1) Mojo's did bring them in
2) 7.5 Shot was better than 8
3) Standing up was easier to hit the birds than sitting down
4) People need to be able to identify birds saw a group of hunters open up on some teal this weekend..thank god they were poor shots and no birds fell.
5) follow thru with your shot..don't stop your gun after you pull the trigger.
6) birds coming at me were damn hard to hit..
