Well it isn't against the rules so it's not cheating.
But I don't see why you'd want it to be loud when your QB is trying to make calls. I guess they won't be making many play changes in their hurry up.

No audibles. Get the play call and then run packaged plays, i.e. plays with a run/pass option. QB reads defensive alignment to determine the option, everyone else does their assignment.

Technically not cheating, but certainly not very sporting at all.
The guy is complete bush league, and always looking for an advantage that has little to do with being a better team.
