Ya, when it comes to fixed value reward cards, Barclay's is clearly better than Cap One Venture at this moment. Basically 2.2 points compared to 2x, bigger bonus on sign up, with only slightly higher fee.

I just switch my primary to Barclay from Capital One a few months ago
