Or should i say Heisenberg? It's inevitable IMO.
I'll go with Jesse or Hank

Himself. Loses family members, guilt builds on him and he doesn't want to live like that and with his cancer anymore

I want Heisenberg to completely consume him and as he dies, his last words are "remember my name." Would show how far gone he is.
Would also like if he redeemed himself but everyone he loves dies. Goes to get screened, hoping he has cancer, but it comes up clean.

Tuco comes back from the dead, slits Walts throat, turns around and gets an arrow to the face from Daryl Dixon. (Que Walking Dead opening credits to season 4).

James Gandolfini's been dead for a month, and I still see people speculating about a Sopranos movie

Or both working together to stop him? I mean Walt is buying a machine gun, so there will be a war.

Vince Gilligan himself said he has more than enough material for a BB movie and Brian Cranston has hinted things about it as well.
It isn't just unfounded rumors from message boards is what I am saying.
