It's not that hard to get two strikes either.

Apparently it is for some.

To answer a few questions.
Not based on a punch-based on a punch when he was already on thin ice for sexual assault of a 14 year old.
Look at what patterson has done with almost no talent in the Mountain West-beat Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl, beaten OU in Norman, Clemson in Death valley.
He has done a lot with a shoestring.
LSU is an elite college brand. A top 10 brand. La. has elite talent all over the place-and every kid here grows up wanting to play for LSU.
You dont have to forego discipline to win a national title here. La. has more talent than the state of Alabama and it isnt close. In fact it didnt take Saban long at LSU to win a title.
And he is demanding and disciplined. In fact WVU-my favorite team-has a player Saban booted off his team. WVU has to take those kings of chances to try and keep up with the LSU's, Texas, and Bama's, but LSU does not(or should not) have to.
Ive lived in new orleans over 30 years and follow lsu closely. Pull for them except on the rare occasion they play WVU. But im not a fan of how Miles handled this and it reeks of win at all costs.
Miles is paid huge to win. and at LSU with the talent that falls in his lap it isnt that hard.

Ok Jabarkus, whatever you say. You've never driven 20. Miles over the speed limit? Never stolen anything as a little kid? Never been in a fight? Never drank underage or tried any drugs?
Well that's very impressive and Godly. Jesus would be proud.
Wait......you're judging those that have and wanting the joy and relationships in their life to end because they got caught making a mistake they regret?
Maybe Jesus wouldn't be proud. At least he'd forgive.
Am I right?

The thing is Patterson knows as little about this situation as any other jack leg on the street. All he freaking knows is what is in the media. He doesn't have the information that Les has. Yes Les allowed the team to vote on this and he went along with their choice. But no where has Les said when Hill when or will not actually play or even suit up for a game. Les has not stated what he will do in this area. Its really none of Patterson's fricking business.

It's not that big of a deal, we've almost all have been through something similar, I was as you imply "sexually assaulted" by an older aged female and the law knew and never prosecuted her, good thing or else I might not be happily married for 34 years as I am.
Stop pretending to be so high and mighty, and keep it real. Les wants what's best for his players, he always will.

Since when has some whore swallowing some sword been classified as a assault? Oh maybe cause he was a senior and she was a freshman?
Come on dude your fricking delusional if your trying to convince us that you as a 18 year old wouldn't let a freshman lick on your stick

I'm as open minded & nonjudgmental as they come. I think we are on the same side here.

hey everyone, read this:
quote:
QUESTION: "Is he going to miss games on suspension?"
MILES: "Again, I'm going to kind of review this, and I'll make a quality call as best I can."
QUESTION: "Is there a timeline?"
MILES: "There'll be no timeline. That will be held internally. I'm not going to go to the specifics of punishment in any way. I promise you that further punishment will take place."
QUESTION: "How much does his good behavior since his April arrest play into what you might do?"
MILES: "I've got to be honest with you, the guy's a good college student and person. He's not really a guy that has had constant bad behavior. Obviously, he has had lack of judgment and bad behavior in two instances. The reality is we all see him around here as a pretty good person."
