I bought a motorcycle basically brand new from someone who rode it home, then got scared of it. I have $3800 in it and have put 800 miles on it over 3 months, and am about to sell it for $5300.
If you can recognize a good deal, you can do this fairly easily. A friend and I are gonna start doing it every time we see a good one.

My friend bought 53 tickets to the UT vs ole miss game for about 3500 and is trying to flip them. If we're both undefeated $$$$ if we're not, not so much.
