Redfish can eat whole crab. Will have zero trouble with those things. We need to figure out how to catch them in numbers.

The chef use to serve them as a special at a restaurant I worked at a few years back. Their taste/texture is almost identical to a large shrimp.
Unless they have a negative impact on the current shrimp populations I don't see how it could be a bad thing.
