When will LSU fans stop making excuses for shitty play?
Excuses?
Since his name isn't Jefferswag, you gotta give him a break. A 1st year Mettsiah 58.8% > a George Jefferson 61.5%.

Seriously, the blame shouldn't be all on the QB. The routes haven't been very clean and QB/WR sync off since '09 when there seemed to be a shift to Power and PA based modus operandi.
With 20hrs a week practice limit, you have to make a decision on main method of attack.
I guess the tools in the box screamed run.

A pirate walked into a bar. The bartender noticed the pirate had a steering wheel protruding from his crotch. "What's the deal with your steering wheel... down there...???" the bartender asked. "Arrrrrr," the pirate said, "Me Nuts is driving me crazy..." And if the Pirate was from Houston... he would have said...

You can't judge a QB by completion/interception stats. A QB can throw screens and easy 5 yard routes all day and complete 80% of his passes just because he is able to complete short easy passes doesn't make him better than a QB that throws the ball down the field and gets more incompletions. Yes Mett did have Bone head plays last year but that's expected for a first year starter in any program. With the interceptions he just needs to learn to read the field better as simple as that.I look for him to get a whole lot better this season

First post here but reason for optimism

A friend who attended the coaches clinic last week said that Mett looked sharp in 7on7 and said "this guy gets it" after he listened to Coach Cameron speak.

FWIW, I'm excited to see Cameron and Mett work together this year

An obvious troll, but either way, calling a 21 yr old college kid..i.e. not a professional...a turd pretty much speaks to what kind of person you are. And wanting to get rid of one of the country's best & highly recognized strength & conditioning coaches because of injuries to the OL shows how little football you do know. I agree, one of the worst of the worst on here.
