Any recommendations for a good hog gun? Going on a 3-day hog hunt in November. I would like to use the gun for deer too.

Ive got a colt le6920. Will 5.56 be sufficient? I know a lot of guys run an AR-10 7.62/.308 when hog hunting.

Check out the S&W M&P10 if you'd like an AR10 rifle. It's more lightweight compared to some other AR10 monstrosities. That being said, it still has a pretty thin profile barrel, but if you're just plinking hogs or taking single shots at deer it shouldn't be an issue.
Or if you're more into bullpups, the Keltec RFB is pretty damn cool and extremely compact for a hard-hitting, 18" 308.

Depends, do you want a new gun or not... If not a new gun how about a scope and/or new upper...

How will you be hunting? When we are on the move hunting them in the trucks, I have an open site lever action .308 that does the job great. If i'm in the deer stand I just use my .270 deer rifle.

Those nonconverted Saigas are ugly as sin.

Budget? I would try to find a used Remington 7400 in .30-06. People claim they jam, but my dad has had one for years with no issues. The auto will come in handy for hogs.

44 Mag Ruger Rifle. I bought one for kids to deer hunt and always use it for hog hunts.

Nonconverted as in, doesn't have that ugly arse grip way in the back. Converted Saigas look much better. They still unleash woopass just as well.
Here's a converted one:
