Got picked for gator tags! Now I have questions

They notified by phone and not mail. This is the 4th year I applied and finally it worked out. 
Now for my series of questions.
1. Any advice for someone who has never hunted/caught gators before?
2. Who is the best taxidermist for a head mount? How about tanning the skin for boots?
3. Does anyone have a leather company they recommend? I've been looking at Ponder Boot Co in Ft. Worth
Eta. Look at these babies. I'd wear the shat out of em

Buy lots of bleach. It is the only thing that will get that nasty arse smell off your hands, body, boat, and anything else that may come in contact with them.

Congrats 
We got some tags last year but haven't heard anything this year yet 
We had more fun & success riding around & snagging gators last year than our hook sets. Also snagged some turtles And like some have said sell the frickers & buy you some shoes
