That's because it's true he doesn't call plays from the sideline. He has set up the game plan or didn't call the play but "suggested" we run 42 here or something like that. But technically speaking he doesn't call the plays from the side line.

I know with a lot of people it's like "pfft, we've heard this before!", but I really honestly believe that Les won't step on Cameron's toes. I don't think Cameron will risk his reputation like that.

The rant has never believed this, and will never accept it, even though the play calling has changed drastically with each OC. 12 pages, ~5 slapfights.

Well, based on his tenure since leaving LSU, Crowton has proven to be a bad OC, so it wouldn't surprise me if Miles had a heavy hand in playcalling. Stud is an O-line coach and likely has a similar offensive philosophy to Miles, so it would be hard to know who was calling the plays.
Not saying it is true this time, but I'd say that Cam has the best shot of playcalling freedom we've had since '07.
