Yes they would. It's SOP when someone on probation fricks up that they revoke the probation.
So they do it in every single case, every single time?

I know 4 people off the top of my head that got into trouble while on probation and got extensions. And 3 of them were drug charges not some bullshite bar fight.

I don't know, but it's common.

They will review it probably every time but they don't have to revoke it. And they won't here.

Hill was origionally charged with oral sexual battery and pleaded down to a misdermeanor of karnal knowledge.
Oral sexual battery is a serious offense.

@MikeShingleton: DA's office plans to file motion to revoke his carnal knowledge probation this afternoon. Hill not out of the woods yet. @WBRZ
If motion gets filed today, what is the timetable on when the motion will be heard in front of the judge?
Not sure if CLM's condition will be met until this probation issue is settled.

From what was described to me, it's not good for Hill or Bayardo. It certainly made a not guilty plea unlikely. Hill in LSU gear. Watch the noon news or WBRZ.com I know we're trying to get our hands on it.

That he wasn't charged with. How is that relevant at this point?

Did he have his game jersey on?

Is that what the probation is based on, or is it based on misdemeanor carnal knowledge?

According to Judge Bonnie Jackson's office, Hill is still scheduled for a hearing on his probation on August 16.
That's from WAFB's website.

As is possession of a controlled substance (heroin). While on said probation, that individual gets a DUI. Probation.....extended, with other terms of course. This was a distant relative of mine, so I am not sure the exact parameters of it, but no jail time was served for this pair of incidents. Other than the night in jail for the DUI of course.

Showing the video without context could give the wrong impression. How much will yall be talking about the events leading up to the video?

My question as well. Could revocation of Hill's first probation sentence be decided before August 16th if they file for it today?

I was really happy when I read that in my LSU feed. The guy will be back before UGA, maybe Auburn to tune him up or serve just a 2 game suspension for being stupid.

Is a formal filing necessary for them to review it? Asking because I really don't know the answer to that.

He accepted a plea deal which included probation. I don't know anything else.
