There is so much abuse in hospital billing. A friend gave birth to stillborn twins. She was barely over grieving and she got a hospital bill for full nursery care of the twin babies, diapers, formula, even a fricking circumcision. When she called the hospital and said she wanted to dispute the charges they said they all stand and are normal very snotty-like. The billing woman about hung up the phone when she heard the twins died.

I'm typically non confrontational.
Partially because I've rarely had a circumstance that required it, I have have not yet regretted taking a course of action that would allow them to hang in their own nooses rather than burning potential bridges.
But if that had happened to me, I can't begin to imagine the hell I would raise after being given that insult in the midst of my grief.

I know of a couple of media personalities that would probably jump all over that story.
Honestly if that happened to me, I'd be calling to threaten people.....
