I see people getting home from work at 5 after a 9-hour day are throwing together "infused", "reduction" meals with freshly chopped organic veggies and have the time to hit the market for fresh lamb for lolly pops and slow seared legs on their BGEs !! What multi tasking gourmet chefs we have here !! With pictures !

Lawd have mercy! Lesson learned. Use the portabellas the day you buy them. These were ragged looking by the time I scraped off the gills. I told my husband not to judge the recipe based on this batch. I don't think they will be purty.
Maybe he suspected as much. He picked up some crab stuffed portabellas from Chops in Broussard to put on the grill as well.
